Come Home To Yourself

There are patterns beneath the surface - within nature, within you - waiting to be remembered.

Wisdom lives in the patterns of your being, your body, your life. I offer somatic psychotherapy helping you restore harmony through embodied presence and connection.

Welcome,

I’m a physician specializing in somatic psychotherapy, offering a grounded, relational approach for individuals seeking personal transformation. I work with those who are ready to feel more at home in themselves - cultivating greater agency, nervous system regulation, and authentic connection - not just through insight, but through embodied experience. It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

With a background in Internal and Functional Medicine, I bring a unique perspective to my therapeutic work - one that respects the both mind and body, and appreciates our complex, adaptive and deeply interconnected nature. While my current practice is centered in NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), my medical training continues to inform how I support patients holistically.

Sessions are attuned and guided by both science and presence. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your experience and gently open the door to something new - a new relationship with yourself, and the possibility of a new way of being.

Ready to begin? We start with a conversation. Let’s connect and explore what’s possible.
